General Terms and Conditions

Definitions

  1. The seller is SATVI doo; Slave Road 6; 1360 Vrhnika, registration number 8617899000, tax number 66988454,, established and registered on 03.03.2020 at the District Court in Ljubljana, initial capital EUR 7,500.

  2. A customer is a person who makes a purchase in an online store.

  3. An online store is an information system intended for the presentation and sale of products to the customer.

If the customer decides independently, he can register in the online store. The customer obtains a username that is the same as his e-mail address and a password that he determines. The username and password of the user are unambiguously determined and linked to the filled in data. After registration, the visitor becomes a registered customer.
 

The General Terms and Conditions deal with the operation of the SATVI online store (satvi.eu), user rights and the business relationship between the provider and the customer.
 

The seller undertakes to always provide the buyer with the following information:

 

  1. Company identity (company name and registered office, registration number, tax number with  by which the seller unambiguously identifies with the buyer).

  2. Contact addresses that enable fast and efficient communication (e-mail, telephone).  

  3. Essential characteristics of the product or service (including after - sales services and  return of the product).  

  4. Product Availability (Any product or service offered on the Website should)  was available within a reasonable time).  

  5. Terms of delivery of the product or execution of the service (method, place, delivery provider).  

  6. All prices must be clearly and unambiguously set, it must be clear or already  include taxes and transport costs.  

  7. Method of payment and delivery.  

  8. Deadline within which it is still possible to withdraw from the contract; in addition, also about what it is like  customer's return procedure.  

  9. The complaint procedure must be clarified, including all contact details  for customer contacts.

Purchase process


When the customer selects the product or products and places an order with a confirmation on the COMPLETE PURCHASE button, the online store automatically “generates - creates” and sends an e-mail with
order details (products, prices, quantities, user data…). This confirms the order, the products will be sent as soon as possible.


Right of withdrawal from the purchase, return of goods


The consumer has the right to inform the company within 14 days that he is withdrawing from the contract, without having to give a reason for his decision. Withdrawal is considered timely if the withdrawal from the contract is submitted in a timely manner. The only cost borne by the consumer in connection with the withdrawal from the contract is the direct cost of returning the goods if the seller does not specify other conditions for each product. He must return the latter to the company no later than five days after the notice of resignation. Exceptions are products that cannot be returned due to hygienic reasons (eg open cosmetic products that come into direct contact with the skin) that have already been used. Please note that you are legally entitled to a lower value of the goods also due to changed properties and performance (eg if you have continued to use the product after you have already tested it). In this case, we will refund you only a proportionate amount.

Invoice for purchase


The seller issues an invoice in electronic form to the e-mail address obtained in the purchase process, with a breakdown of products and possible delivery costs. The user pays for the ordered goods via the online payment system or upon delivery.

Delivery time


For products in stock, shipment of goods is scheduled within 2 working days. For products that are not in stock, we will inform the customer about the delivery time if he decides and
included in the notification system.


Delivery


The seller must ship the products within the promised time. The seller provides the buyer with information about the delivery service, which informs him of the delivery date after the goods have been shipped. The seller is not responsible for any delivery outside a reasonable time if the delay is caused by the delivery service. Delivery costs are calculated in accordance with the active price list on the website and the customer is informed in advance about the delivery cost.


Validity of the offer


When buying, the prices are valid at the time of order confirmation. All prices include VAT. Prices in the online store are subject to change without notice. Pictures can only be
symbolic but contain the characteristics of the product which is the subject of the purchase.


Security


The provider uses appropriate technological and organizational means to protect the transfer and storage of personal data, orders and payments.


Communication


The provider may contact the user via means of distance communication only if the former does not explicitly object to this.


Advertising emails must contain the following components:

 

  1. They must be clearly and unambiguously marked as advertising messages.

  2. The consignor must be clearly identified. 

  3. Various campaigns, promotions and other marketing techniques should be labeled as such.

  4. The user's wish not to receive advertising messages must be respected.


Complaints

The seller complies with applicable consumer protection laws. The seller must set up an effective complaint handling system and designate a person with whom the buyer can contact by phone or e-mail in the event of a problem. The procedure for submitting a complaint or withdrawing from the contract must be available on the website, easy to use and confidential. The seller must confirm within five working days that he has received a complaint or withdrawal from the contract, and keep him informed of the progress of the procedure within a reasonable time. The seller is aware that an essential feature of a consumer dispute, at least as far as judicial resolution is concerned, is its disproportion between the economic value of the claim and the costs incurred in resolving the dispute itself. This is also the main obstacle to the consumer not initiating litigation. Therefore, the seller always strives to the best of his ability to resolve any disputes amicably.
