Shipping

  • Delivery of orders is performed by POSTA Slovenia or GLS Slovenia

  • Orders received by 2 pm are expected to be delivered the next working day

  • We ship products only to the territory of the Republic of Slovenia.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for delays or costs incurred due to incorrect contact information. Enter your information carefully. About provided  delivery will be notified by sms message. If the delivery is not successful or if you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery service will leave you a notice, and you can call them later and arrange for delivery.

Method of payment

With a payment card online

  • When you place an order, you will be redirected to the online payment system, where you enter the necessary information and authorize the payment. If the transaction is confirmed, payment will be made immediately and  we will send the goods no later than the next working day.

  • We support the secure 3D Secure protocol.

  • Our employees do not have access to your card data, everything is in the hands of the bank.

 

In summary
 

  • You will pay for the ordered goods to the courier upon receipt of the goods.
